If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from your order date. The shoes must be in their original condition and with their original packaging. If the outer soles appear to be dirty, you may not get a refund.
Please note that all delivery fees related to return or exchanges are not covered, and are paid by the customer. You may choose your preferred delivery method, or return the shoes in person to our flagship store in Cluny Court.
